Qualtrics XMPN Experience Community Champion

I’m excited to announce that I’ve am now a Qualtrics XMPN Experience Community Champion. This is a small and elite group of experience management professionals. I will be helping to lead the newly formed health care community. Health care often features disconnected experiences, creating consumer confusion, frustration, and disengagement. Longer term, this disjointedness can unfortunately steer/misdirect people toward worse health outcomes. Obviously, much work needs to be pursued in this industry to better serve others.

As part of being a Qualtrics XMPN Experience Community Champion and leading this Qualtrics community, I will be discussing experience management a lot more (inclusive on my Website). I’m personally looking forward to digging deeper into this subject area and sharing critical discussions for us to all improve the industry.
