Melissa Price, hostess of the upcoming The Love Revolution Podcast, is an award-winning LGBTQ+ healthcare and insurance executive with 17 years of wide-ranging functional experience. She is a super-connector of people and ideas, a crowd whisperer in crafting and delivering heart-resonant messages, and a deep seek diver in insights generation, driving organizational success. Simply put, Melissa is a connections magnet who illuminates any stage with her positively energetic brightness.
Throughout her career, Melissa has adeptly guided operations forward at the intersections of diverse functions. She’s known for working across creative and analytical spaces to build programs and operations both from scratch and to higher heights. Her roles have touched analytics, customer insights, experience management (XM / CX / DX), digital and technology transformation, sales operations, marketing, and more. Currently, Melissa is the sales technology operations leader for a $20B+ CVS Health & Aetna division serving 2.5M+ clients, inclusive of corporate, union, and government health plan sponsors, as well as Medicare members. A highly regarded people leader and mentor, Melissa also has 12 and 7 years of experience, respectively, directly managing associates and serving on Senior Leadership Teams.

Melissa is known as a multidisciplinary business and inclusion thought leader and has spoken at prominent industry events, including Alteryx Inspire (x2), Digital Insurance Connect, the National Medicare Supplement Industry Summit, and the Out & Equal Workplace Summit (x3). She has also partnered in speaking engagements with Accenture, Alteryx, CBA Design, CIEN+, the Healthcare and Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), Johnson & Johnson, Qualtrics, and Cognizant.
Melissa has many accolades to her credit. She is a current Alteryx Innovator and Qualtrics XM Pros Health Care Community Champion and a previous member of the University of South Florida’s Digital Marketing Certificate Program Advisory Board. She is also a diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging (DIEB) corporate leader, serving as a 3-year National Co-President for an LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG). Across 7 total years on this ERG’s National Leadership Team, she provided expert LGBTQ+ guidance and leadership to tens of thousands of employees and corporate business officers. Melissa is a founder and producer of the CVS Health-Accenture LGBTQ+ Health Equity Speaker Series, a 2022 CVS Health HeartAtWork Hero, and the 2021 CVS Health Diversity Champion Award-Winner, one of only an estimated maximum of 25 ever awarded in the history of the company.
Passion Projects
Melissa has a flair for adventure and enjoys travel, cooking, and mentorship. Her current biggest passion project is The Love Revolution Podcast, coming soon to a podcast platform near you. Beyond that, you’ll find her filming YouTube videos, managing her family of Websites, writing, and investing in students in her free time.
