Announcement: LGBTQ+ Health Equity Speaker Series

I’m proud to announce that as part of my work at CVS Health and Aetna, the LGBTQ+ Health Equity Speaker Series has officially launched in partnership with Accenture. I’m a founding member and producer of the series, and this has been in development for months (honestly, extended to over a year due to COVID-19). Session 1 discusses the COVID-19 vaccine, the history of LGBTQ+ discrimination and mistrust in healthcare, the current impact of the pandemic on LGBTQ+ individuals, and ways to build trust in the community to help promote vaccine adoption.
